Bookings are confirmed by request.

As our sessions are also listed on selected travel platforms, we’ll first check availability to avoid scheduling conflicts. We’ll review your request promptly, and once availability is confirmed, we’ll email you a payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are charged 100% of the booking total.
  • Date or time changes may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and are subject to availability.
  • Late arrival does not extend the session. Your booking ends 90 minutes after the scheduled start time.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the booking total.
  • When a refund is due for a booking paid by credit card or PayPal, a 10% administrative fee is deducted from the amount received and the remaining balance is refunded.
